Broken Seals on NMN Supplement Jars
If you notice broken seals on your received NMN supplement jars, take the following steps:
Immediately contact the Purovitalis International support team.
Provide clear images of the damaged seals as proof.
Follow the instructions provided for returning the damaged items.
Once your return is verified, replacement bottles will be sent to you promptly.
However, due to transportation, it may happen that it ends up at the bottom of the bottle, under the powder. In this case, please look through the powder. To do this, you can use a teaspoon that you have at home so as not to contaminate the product.
Alternatively, follow these steps if the spoon is not found:
Thoroughly inspect the powder jar to check for the buried spoon.
If the spoon remains undiscovered after a thorough search, contact support for assistance.
