Try Our Supplements Risk-Free

We are confident you will love your Purovitalis supplements. However, if you’re not completely satisfied, you can contact us within 90 days of purchase. Let us know the reason for your dissatisfaction, and we’ll provide a full refund. In most cases, there’s no need to return the product.

We encourage you to try the supplements for up to three months to give them a fair chance to work. If you want extra guidance, you can also schedule a call with one of our Purovitalis nutrition experts, who can answer all your questions and provide personalised advice.


Refund Process

  • Once your refund request is submitted, we will initiate the process immediately.

  • Depending on your payment method, it may take up to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Terms & Conditions:

  • Valid for all Purovitalis supplements except Biological Age Test, NAD+ and Vitamin D Test.

  • Applies to first-time purchases only (renewal orders are excluded).

  • One refund per product or bundle per customer.

  • Requests must be made within 90 days of the purchase date.


Returning Products

  3. Package the Product Safely: Ensure the item is secure and include your purchase receipt along with any reference details.

Return Costs:

  • If the product is defective, we cover the cost of return and provide either a replacement or a full refund.

  • For other returns, customers are responsible for shipping the product back.
