NMN powder: How much should I take?

Take 1,000 mg (4 scoops) daily to support healthy NAD⁺ levels.
Best taken in the morning with yogurt or a small meal.

1 scoop = 250 mg.

Note: More is not always better. Studies have shown benefits from doses ranging between 250 mg and 1 g per day. Adjust the amount to suit your individual needs.
