Your subscription delivery will depend on the frequency you choose and that can be every one or two months. You can find your next order date in your account. Please see the below:

Products are scheduled for delivery based on the start date of your subscription and the frequency you select. For instance, monthly shipments occur approximately 30 days after each delivery. You can also customize your schedule through your account settings if needed.

If an item from your order is missing, report it by logging into your account, navigating to order history, and selecting "Report an Issue." Missing items are usually sent out immediately and delivered within 2-5 business days.

You can track your shipments via a link provided in your email or account dashboard. In case of delays, check the tracking status or contact our customer support if the delay exceeds expected timelines.
