Returns and refunds for canceled subscriptions: what you need to know

Purovitalis International allows customers to return subscription products and receive refunds in accordance with our policies. Please note that our 30-day satisfaction guarantee also applies—see our separate 30-day policy for details on risk-free trials and refund requests.


Returns of Unopened Products

  • Only unused products are eligible for return.

  • Refunds are only processed after the returned package is received and inspected for compliance.


Returns from Subscription Orders

  • Products purchased as part of a subscription can be returned, but any subscription-related discounts (e.g., 16%) applied at purchase will be deducted from the refund.

  • Subscriptions require a minimum commitment of three months. Canceling before this period will result in deductions for any applied discounts.

  • For dissatisfaction covered under the 30-day satisfaction guarantee, please refer to that policy, as in some cases a return may not be necessary.


Steps for Returning Shipments

  1. Ship the Product Back: Send the unwanted package to the return address provided by our customer support. Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the item is defective.

  2. Include Purchase Details: Package the item safely and include your purchase receipt or any reference details.

  3. Refund Processing: Once the returned product is received and verified, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.


Important Note: Before sending a return, always confirm the return address with customer support, as it may vary depending on the product type or region. You can also email [email protected] to confirm the address.

Handling Shipments Already in Transit

If your subscription is canceled while an order is already in transit: Subscriptions that are paused may also result in shipments being processed if the pause was initiated after the order was already in processing or transit. After pausing, no additional shipments will occur until reactivation.

Refuse Delivery: Inform the courier that you are refusing the package. It will be returned to Purovitalis.
Refund Processing: Once the refused shipment is received, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Retain the Shipment: Customers may also choose to keep the received shipment, ensuring future deliveries are halted while they utilise the product.

How to Reactivate or Manage Your Subscription

If your subscription is paused, you can easily resume it by logging into your account settings and selecting ‘Reactivate’. Our support team is also available to guide you through the process if needed.

Important: Once a subscription is cancelled, it cannot be reactivated. You would need to start a new subscription. Please consider carefully whether you want to pause or cancel your subscription before taking action.
