Via your own Purovitalis account, you can easily pause your next delivery. So you can finish your current longevity supplements first and decide when you want to receive new supplements again. Read below which steps you can take to pause your membership. Scenarios like failed payments are another reason to consider pausing your subscription temporarily. Addressing these payment issues can help avoid disruptions in your supplement deliveries.
Please note: you can make changes to your subscription plan up to 2 days before the next shipment. If you do this within 2 days, the changes will be applied to your next supplement delivery.
Step 1: Login to your own Purovitalis account.
Step 2: Once you are in your own Purovitalis account, click on “Subscription”.
Step 3: Then enter the active subscription “See more details”, On the right bottom click on “Pause Subscription”. And voilà, you’ve paused your product subscription.
Note: You could also decide to skip one order, then your subscription will renew on the next order date. Depending on your cycle this could be 30 or 60 days later.
What to Do About Failed Payment Disruptions
If your subscription is disrupted because of a failed payment, there are two options available:
Postpone your next delivery: Follow the instructions to pause your subscription (see steps above). This will allow flexibility to manage your current situation without fully canceling the subscription.
Create a new subscription: If the payment issue renders your subscription inactive, creating a new one will help you seamlessly continue receiving your supplements. The old subscription can then be canceled. To avoid future issues, regularly update your payment method and enable payment reminders if available.
