If you order is for The Netherlands:

All orders are shipped from our facilities in Europe and America to ensure efficient global delivery.

Ordered before 15:00, is delivered the next (working) day. In a few cases, shipping may take 1 to 2 working days longer, here we depend on carriers. We normally send it through Post NL but it can happen that we send it through UPS due to determined circumstances.

However, external factors such as courier schedules and customs clearance may occasionally cause unexpected delays in delivery.

Most common countries:

Belgium, Luxemburg
1-2 business days (standard shipping). Sent through UPS carrier.

Germany, France
1-3 business days, sent through UPS carrier in the case of France and DHL in the case of Germany.

Ireland/UK, Switzerland
2-4 business days (standard shipping), sent through UPS carrier.

USA
2 – 7 business days (standard shipping), sent through UPS carrier.

Please note that customs inspections and courier processing times may sometimes lead to delays beyond the expected timeframes.

Rest of Europe

Austria, Czech republic, Denmark, Finland, Hungary, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta

2-5 business days (standard shipping), sent through UPS carrier.

Delays in delivery might arise due to customs checks or inefficiencies in courier dispatch processes.

Rest of the world

3-7 business days (standard shipping), sent through UPS carrier.

Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance requirements or other factors affecting international shipments.

What if I’m not home?

If you’re not home, a new delivery will be performed the next day or the delivery partner will reach out to schedule a new delivery date depending on the country and delivery method you choose.

External factors such as customs clearance, courier schedules, and dispatch availability may also influence this process.

You may also have to go to your local post office to collect your package in case it cannot be delivered to you.

If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to leave us a message or send us an email at [email protected]. We will get in touch with you as soon as we are available.
