Purovitalis offers you the option to choose a designated access point (e.g., a local store or pick-up center) as an alternative delivery location for your packages.
You will be informed of the location and hours of operation of the access point during the package delivery notification from the carrier.
Package Arrival Notification
Upon successful delivery to the access point, the carrier will notify you by email, text message or any other preferred means of communication made clear in the delivery preferences on the carrier's site.
Pickup Window
You are expected to pick up your packages at the designated access point within a reasonable time specified in the notification.The pick-up time will be clearly communicated to you together with the package delivery notification.
Non-collection and confiscation
