We’d also like to remind our customers that import regulations, taxes, and customs requirements can vary by country and change frequently. We encourage you to review your country’s current import policies and any applicable fees before placing or receiving your order.

Please note that we cover customs fees only within Europe. For customers in the Americas, we operate a dedicated packing facility to help route and dispatch orders locally whenever possible—this helps minimize shipping times and extra costs.

If the FDA or customs has requested any additional fees or documents to release your package, please let us know so we can assist you promptly. Our product fully complies with all relevant regulations and standards, and we’re committed to helping resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
