Have you accidentally entered the wrong shipping address?

Before proceeding, it's important to know that shipping address modifications depend on the order's processing or shipping status.

Don't worry, we're here to assist you! However, please note that changes to your shipping address might not always be possible depending on the status of your order.

Please send an email to [email protected] with your correct address details. Customer support will assist you based on the status of your order (before shipment or after shipment).

If the 'Change My Address' button is available, you can use it to update your address before the order has been processed or shipped.

Example Scenarios

Before Shipment

If your address is incorrect and the order hasn't shipped, call customer support or submit the change via the 'Change My Address' button, if available. Alternatively, place a new order using the correct address.

After Shipment

If your order has already shipped, you may be able to redirect the package through UPS My Choice. Create an account, find your package using the tracking number, and follow their redirection options. Contact UPS for further help if required.
